What is Remote Viewing?
Remote Viewing is an extra-sensory process developed for top-secret use by the U.S. military and used to create a now-defunct cadre of 'psychic spies’. Generally, it’s defined as the ability to perceive people, places and things distant in time and space, collect as much objective data as one can and consciously report it in as much accurate detail as possible. Some of what makes Remote Viewing unique is that the viewer works with no prior information about the target and the identity of the target must be unavailable to the viewer by any other means.
Contrary to its title, this activity is much more than simply “viewing”. It’s an exercise in using one’s entire sensory system for collecting and processing information. Rather than emphasize whether the viewer’s feedback is “right” or “wrong”, Talia likes to focus her students on the wealth of information the process contributes to personal growth. "Remote Viewing is literally a study in understanding the journey from survival to creativity," says Talia.
“My extensive training in body-centered approaches to acute trauma and long-term post traumatic stress caused me to see Remote Viewing as a logical extension of a therapeutic process. I teach the training not only for the fun of remote viewing but to create an opportunity for one to be the quintessential observer of his or her own human behavior. I like to describe it as a box seat to the concert of our own creation.”
Remotely Curious?
No longer the highly guarded secret of a privileged few, Remote Viewing has come into the light of day. Now used for a variety of purposes (locating missing people, medical research, archeological investigation, mineral and gem exploration, etc.), the experience offers a transformational opportunity on an entirely different level than most. And whether you consider yourself to be vaguely intuitive or a professional psychic, you can learn to integrate and further develop that part of you. It springs from a natural process that affects our daily lives and well being.
